There has been so much hype and excitement around the Fenty Skin brand announcement and product releases. Fenty has revolutionized the makeup world and thank goodness! We need more diversity and inclusivity when it comes to makeup, beauty and skincare to include all skin tones and skin types. And now Fenty has decided to take on skincare.
Once I saw the brand announcement, I was super curious as to what products they would launch with, what would be unique about them, and what the prices would be. Fenty Skin launched with a 3 product system including a cleanser, toner and moisturizer/SPF combo.
Of course, my first thought with any high end product or brand launch is….can I find a dupe? 😜 Usually high end products come with high price tags and it’s not always necessary to pay a high price for a product you can easily find a cheaper alternative for that will give you the same effect or look.
However, I also encourage supporting brands and companies that stand for values you believe in. Of course, I love finding dupes and saving money plus not everyone can afford high end products even if they want to support brands/companies and initiatives. But if you can afford the products and want to show support, then by all means do that!
I don’t want to take credit or attention away from the fact that Rihanna is doing something remarkable with her brands and redefining the beauty industry to new standards that should have been this way long ago 👏🏿👏🏽👏🏻
But if you can’t afford her products and want to get flawless Fenty skin then keep reading!! I’ve got some exciting Fenty Skin dupes that will give you the Fenty Skin look for half the price!
Upon reading the ingredients and key benefits of the Fenty Skin products, I did some digging to try and match ingredients and benefits as best I could.
There are a few unique ingredients Fenty uses in their products that are from Barbados and incorporate Rihanna’s heritage and home (which is awesome that she is tying that in to her line!). So of course those ingredients will be hard to dupe since they are specific to her background and home island. But I think I’ve found some great Fenty Skin dupes that will come really close.
FENTY SKIN DUPES
// Fenty Skin Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All Cleanser – $25
- 4.9 oz ~ $5/oz
- green Tea (antioxidant to help calm skin)
- oil Free
DUPE >> Ulta SkinSoak Foaming Cleanser – $12.00
- 4.0 oz ~ $3/oz
- green tea extract
- hyaluronic acid
The Fenty cleanser looks to be pretty straightforward and basic as far as a cleanser goes. One of the key ingredients is green tea which helps sooth and calm the skin so I really tried to match that ingredient with my dupe….which also has hyaluronic acid whereas the Fenty one does not. But hyaluronic acid is a powerhouse ingredient for any skin type so doesn’t hurt!
// Fenty Skin Fat Water Pore Refining Toner Serum – $28
- 5 oz ~ $5.60/oz
- niacinamide – Vitamin B3 to help reduce dark spots and even skin tone
- witch hazel water
- green tea
DUPE >> Formula 10.0.6 Pure Tone Vitamin B Refining Light Gel Toner – $10
- 2.7 oz ~ $3.70/oz
- niacinamide – 3% Vitamin B3
- boosts skin hydration and improves skin tone
The Fenty toner is probably the most unique product out of the three IMO. The product is called fat water because the formula is a thicker gel-like consistency. The Formula 10.o.6 dupe is a gel toner mimicking the Fenty formula and also includes niacinimide which is one of the big key ingredients for the Fenty toner.
BONUS DUPE >> Bliss Clear Genius Clarifying Toner + Serum – $18.00
- 4.3 oz ~ $4.18/oz
- niacinamide
- witch hazel tones
A sweet reader commented on this post suggesting this Bliss toner + serum combo and I 100% agree so I had to include it as a bonus dupe! I may have counted it out originally knowing that the price was $18 which wouldn’t have made it much cheaper than the Fenty Toner.
But it’s on sale for $13.50 on Ulta’s website which definitely makes it more appealing and dupe worthy! In that case, it would be $3.13/oz making it cheaper per ounce than the Formula 10.0.6 one. So if you are interested in this Bliss toner, make sure to snag it on sale.
The one key difference to note with this Bliss toner is that it is also clarifying meaning it contains salicylic acid which is a common ingredient in products made for acne-prone skin. The Fenty and Formula 10.0.6 toners do not contain salicylic acid. This ingredient will help to clean pores and keep acne at bay if that is a skin concern you struggle with. If not, the Formula 10.0.6 dupe might be a better option.
// Fenty Skin Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer SPF 30 Sunscreen – $35
- 1.7 oz ~ $20.58/oz
- oil free
- SPF 30
- pink tinted so no chalkiness
- niacinamide – Vitamin B3 to help reduce dark spots and even skin tone
- hyaluronic acid & aloe – hydrates and soothes skin
DUPE >> CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 – $18.99
- 3.0 oz ~$6.33/oz
- oil free
- SPF 30
- niacinamide
- hyaluronic acid
The Fenty Skin moisturizer looks to be pretty basic to me as well apart from having a pink tint to prevent chalkiness which is quite unique. I don’t think any other moisturizer on the market is pink tinted so love that but won’t be able to dupe it. Apart from that, the key ingredients again include niacinamide and hyaluronic acid along with SPF 30. The CeraVe dupe includes both of those key ingredients and matches the SPF exactly for a fraction of the price!
Fenty Skin sells these as a set of 3 for $75 which is slightly cheaper than buying them all separately which would be $88. All 3 dupes come to $40.99 which is less than half the price! Plus snag an Ulta coupon and I bet you could save even more.
The Fenty products of course have more innovative eco-friendly packaging but that also increases the price sometimes. The fancier the packaging, the higher the price. But love that the brand is trying to be eco-friendly with their packaging and materials.
And that wraps up these Fenty Skin dupes. I’m interested to see what else the brand comes out with. As they release more products, I may come back to this post and update it with more dupes 🤗
If you’ve tried Fenty Skin and have thoughts, let me know in the comments because I would love to hear your feedback. And if you try any of these dupes, I hope they work well for you and give you great results 💜

Another dupe I just stumbled upon is surprisingly for the fat water! Check out bliss skincare. They have a product called clear genius which is a clarifying toner serum hybrid. The texture is spot on. Theirs is constructed with a clarity5 complex of their own with a bha, witch hazel, niacinamide, zinc pca, and cica. Its pretty amazing!

Hi Teana! Thank you so much for sharing this information! I’m looking at it now and it definitely has a lot of similar ingredients and claims. I may edit the post and include it as a bonus dupe. Thanks again for taking the time to comment and share 💜 when a good dupe is out there, people need to know!
